They've been in at hand for a few months now, but the meter reader complained. We called a local beekeepers group, they want $100 to remove them and relocate.

Any perception, after we get them out humanely, how to keep the bees out so we won't own to deal with this again?
Answers:    what, is your meter within the bin? did they sting him? what a wuss!
are they hive bees or bumblebees? the former will need taking out at some point but what were the bee group going to do next to them? if they were going to kill them at hand are cheaper ways.

Get a protective suit against bees, placate the bees with smoke, put them in a bin pack and take them to the White House for attention of George Bush. Problem solved.
