Answers:    #1, and this is for ALL sewing machine users and potential buyers, NEVER EVER, EVER! buy a sewing contrivance from Hotel-Motel, School Overstock, or any other scam. And just how, you may ask, do I know these sales are a scam? I enjoy been in the sewing device business for more than 35 years and have seen adjectives the devious, deceptive ways that con artists will use to sell sewing machines.
#2 While the device you purchased will probably run for a while, it is NOT a true Necchi machine which was made surrounded by Italy. Necchi sold their trade name to an oriental company and the machines have gone steadily downhill ever since.
#3 The average cost of a honest quality sewing machine and a serger is over $1000.
Gosh, I sure hope you own learned something and the same go for all the others out there who own considered buying a machine from scam artists.
