My husband and I are househunting and I only want to look at houses that enjoy enough bedrooms to put up friends and domestic in a guest room when they come to pop in (preferrably with its own bathroom). My husband believes that nobody wishes guest bedrooms. Settle this one for us please!
Answers: Mine has come within handy a few times. If you have houseguests it seem more hospitable to be able to contribute them their own room rather than a couch or nouns mattress on the middle of the living room floor. It's also easy plenty to make the guest room multi-purpose; you can use it as a home department or den or craft room most of the time, but put in a appropriate daybed or pull-out couch.
It depends on your lifestyle and how often you enjoy company. Personally, I think it's nice to hold a guest room.
