Today I watched TV and on it I saw a short piece on This Morning roughly how to grow strawberries. Being the impulsive personality I am, I went and bought strawberry plants, a lifeless basket, a liner and I hold compost out the back.

Does anyone enjoy any hints and tips on how to make my strawberries dazzling and successfully grow them?

Also, information on suitable climate, and best season for growing them etc etc would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you :)
water them everydaynd at 1st they will be green . when they turn red pick them

Place them in full sun, and hose down regularly-especially when the flowers are out, the fruits need lots of sea in writ to produce plump, juicy strawberries. Make sure your soil is rich within organics, sandy loam, is what they like best. Pick them as they gain ripe, and enjoy your fresh strawberries. You could put some slow release fertilizers within and only call for to do it once. At the end of the season, mulch the dirt abit and cover your pot (if you acquire really cold winters)with plastic.

Enjoy.
Answers:    You should get sucker's coming stale them, have an pot near soil in at the side of them, because you can craft more plants from it, when the sucker's get long adequate put the end surrounded by the pot & gentle push the stop in the soil. and hose them everyday in the summer, it's best watering them next to rain wet, I have a butt at the side of my garage that catch rain sea.
