Growing Redwoods...? I am going to attempt to grow my own Dawn Redwood,...

I am going to attempt to grow my own Dawn Redwood, Giant Sequoia, and Coast Redwood. Can anyone THAT HAS GROWN these trees, give me some counsel as to how to germinate them and grow them, etc. I want professional advice please, simply from people who enjoy grown these trees.
Answers:    I grew a dawn redwood. You won't draw from seeds for this one, since adjectives of the available trees are clones from one parent plant found in China. They are close at hand as 2- to 4-foot bareroot plants, and they grow well if ordered from reputable nurseries. Plant one within the fall if you want to distribute it it's best chance.

This tree is a deciduous conifer, which is weird but fascinating. If you put it within a moist area near lots of sunlight, it will grow like gangbusters - although it will tolerate non-moist conditions as all right. It's a really pretty tree and fun to grow.
