I planted a bush and ants are invading, they are eating holes into the leaves and Im afraid they may lead to it to die...How do I kill the ants in need killing the tree?

Answers:    ant powder from your local DIY store... freshly put it all around the bush surrounded by dry weather.

I doubt that the ants are drinking holes in the leaves. It sounds resembling another insect is eating the holes contained by the leaves and the ants are there intake those insects. It could be aphids. If you have a hose bring to a close sprayer or a spray bottle get you some lemon fragranced liquid soap and mix beside water and spray the bush. The soap wont hurt anything but it will irritate the insects so they will quit it alone for a while. Good luck.
