Do General Electric Brand "Plant Gro N Show" light bulbs give rotten harmful UVA or UVB rays?

I'm pretty sure that these bulbs are freshly regular bulbs with special reflectors in them to take home the light hit the plants better, in a road for them to grow...but also be sure to pull the "weeds", because they will grow with this too.. ;-)
