First time within Apt, Question give or take a few electric bill/AC.. counsel? I have basically moved from my parents house into an apartmetn...

I have basically moved from my parents house into an apartmetn and i have be turning on the AC all sunshine then turning it rotten at night since it is cool here at darkness. Is that a good theory? Or does it waste more money to turn it past its sell-by date and on?

ALSO, I have it set on the punch saver setting so it kick off whenever the room get cool, is that allright? Will that save money? I wonder becuase since it kick off next kicks hindmost on a few mins later that seem it would kill my electric bill? or should I only leave it on cool ALL the time?

What should i do?
Answers:    The current settings you hold does not hurt the A/C.
My suggestion to you would be to use it only when it is extremely hot and humid. Otherwise freshly turn it off and hold the windows amenable.

If the temp. indoors is about 85F, after manually turn it on - set the thermostat to read 80. Turn it off completely at night but only turn it on if it is over 85F
