Try KB homes...they do all their communities next to custom homes. A builder doesn't build a home and then try and trade it like everyone else does....we lately bought ours and loved it!

You pick your lot, then pick your plan, after pick your exterior, then you run to a huge design center and pick everything you want from your floor to your fixtures, cabinets, EVERYTHING!
