Would living in a small master bedroom, that can barely fit a king-size bed (width-wise) and that have enough room for clothing storage (no closet, mind you). No room for a television or a computer (well, it will seem to be cluttered if it did).
Would your opinion change if you worked 16-18hours a morning / 6 days a week?
Answers: I guess it depends on if you have room for those other things around the house.
Our Master is small..(but not that small) and it's functional..but that's because we have the eliminate the need for a dresser (shelves etc in closet) and we own arranged the furniture against the walls.
I would still want walking room around my bedroom even if i worked a lot..it's just nice to own a relaxing room to myself.
I think master bedrooms are important. I wouldn't progress any smaller than a 15 x 15, and it is a plus when re-selling.
If you are working a lot, you need a place to retreat and recharge.
