I am about to throw the d@mn piece out the window. I compensated $180.00 for this piece of crap 5 months ago. It is under the one year warranty to acquire fixed, yet I live 2 hours from the nearest service center. They disallow to pay for the shipping to return with it fixed too. I just hatred this company! My belt keeps coming past its sell-by date and the spin brush quit moving...it's such a mess and I am so mad! Anyone else own this vac?

Answers:    No but vacuums are made quite cheaply at the present time. The one we have in a minute was pretty expensive and does not pick up anything on indisputable floor types.

It's annoying.
