Answers:    i can only comment on my situation, at present i am living surrounded by a privately rented house; eon (powergen) supply the gas and electric as per the landlords request.having said that, i did work for powergen contained by a call central part environment 5 years ago, and certainly after they were one of the cheaper suppliers. within those days prices were base on if you were contained by their supply area(east midlands) or out of area-i dont know if that is duplicate now though.
