Does anyone hold any opinion on the modern on-demand dampen heaters? Are they gas or electric, do you run out? ...
Answers: I had one several years agoina custom-built mobile home that I owned, and I loved it. It was within the bathroom, close to where we needed it, and we never run out of hot water. I didn't enjoy to wait any longer for the hose down to get hot than I do presently in my present house where on earth the hot water stove is 30' away in my underground store. If our hot water kiln ever goes out I am seriously thinking more or less replacing it with an on-demand.
I believe they come contained by both gas and elec. No, you will have constant hot sea, perfect for family. Downside, high cost to upstart; upside, do not hold to pay to keep hold of water hot and replace cistern every ten years, and you will not run out of hotwater. When my tank go, I'm switching!! good luck.
