Answers:    there is a large asian grocers on the corner of nicholson and victoria sts within richmond that stock a very large length of decorations, down the back of the store, also on victoria street there are copious many shops that stock parasols and other decorations. it is drastically cheap down there and the food is wonderful too. happy shopping!
