On the plot of land where on earth my house stands, at the left paw boudary, there is a seventy five year prehistoric wall. Built on the land belonging to our house, hence legally i believe this to be my wall. The wall be affected by a money off of height from its ingenious height of seven foot, to six foot in the past the second world war. Due to an inclusion of a six foot elevated brick built Anderson Shelter on the side of the wall. The wall was granted full planning at the time the property be built 1921-1932. and the previous family who owned my house enjoy demolished the shelter ( thankfully) but the wall has not be rebuilt to the ingenious height. As the wall have p.p.granted allready, do I need to reaply for more pp at lb135 to finish my wall as the point then would be 2.1336m soaring on completion in vein with an existing outhouse( elderly wash house, coalstore and netty) (are my local council wrong to ask for retrospective planing permision on a structure I own which is allready surrounded by existance
Answers: This is interesting. You don't say but it sounds resembling you are in the UK? I don't know those law. Here in the US, the command can usually only control a few foot of property for utilities, etc.
