We all use battery for torches, radios and the like and the covering always tell you not to dispose of with the middle-of-the-road rubbish. Okay, dispose of responsibly, granted, but where exactly should we bring old battery? And how many of you basically pop them in the trashcan anyway?
Answers: I assume contained by the British Isles that somewhere there are recycle centers? If there aren't powerfully, you may try the local council for help.
Never throw them contained by the trash, all battery have metals that are considered "heavy" and are prone to inflict quite a few problems in the environment.
we find a little box from the council to put our battery in. I must come clean I keep losing them so near are little boxes all over my house near a couple of batteries within them.
