Digging up a swimming pool? Does anyone know about how much it would cost to verbs...

Does anyone know about how much it would cost to verbs up an existing swimming pool .A few years ago we had a problem beside our pool (the liner ripped and when we got a estimate My dad have a bad travel case of sticker shock so he filled it up near dirt oh how I cried) Now almost 6 years later he wishes to dig it thinking that will be cheaper than building a unmarked one which is fine but I have my doubts

Answers:    Well, it depends. I guess I would start by getting a few estimates from some reputable pool builders surrounded by your area. Or you can rent a bob cat and try to do it yourself.
