if it's night time and dark they are fake if the suns up and it's light they are dead even if they are walking around they basically don't know it yet but! if you see ten there are a hundred trailing the wall. they are very clean insects and lick within antenai so a residual chemical is used that they have to walk over and onto within order to get the toxicity on their little appendages. follow directions and stay away from using solution chemicals around all electricity switches and outlets, use powders there. seize back in aft anything that has a void or senseless area where they can cover up and breed. Good luck Go to the Super Market and get the Boric Acid powder they sell contained by the insecticide aisle. Sprinkle the powder in corners, under stoves, inside stand cabinets, under window, around doors and behind washers, dryers and fridges. Within a week or two they'll all be inert. Repeat the dosage from time to time and keep the place clean and you won't own any more of them.
