A few weeks ago, I was sitting in my room on the computer (As I am now) around 1 AM when I suddenly saw a black bug possibly around 1.5 inches long fly up around me later I freaked out and grabbed a nearby textbook and when it land on the carpet I slammed the book down on it and stood on it but then the bug/beetle crawled out and continued. I slammed the book down again but it once again crawled out. I put a chock-a-block water bottle on it and that seemed to temporarily stop it <_< I be too afraid to do anything else so I tried to sleep and eventually did. Next morning it was gone. Yesterday my mom saw one on top of the TV within our living room. My dad caught it and flushed it down the toilet. Does anyone know what kind of bug/beetle this is? Thanks!
