I recently sold an item and inevitability to get it deliver between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm

Its to be delivered to an department so this is vital its not a hint earlier or next!

The package weigh approx 9.5kg and is the size of a black bag complete.

ADVISE?

Not bothered about cost below lb25 if possible.

Interlink,dhl or ups should be no problem.
