I know that the Flourescent lights are more cost effective and efficient, but I want to know which is more EFFECTIVE or if any actually works better if if there is a difference at adjectives.

Randy, I don't ever recall reading any articles in connection with the difference. Bugs are attracted to the whiter lights and also somewhat toward the heat they generate. In that regard the flourescent is cooler, bulb is cheaper to operate and will closing longer.
