Answers:    That's a adjectives problem in condo housing where on earth a common wall or floor is shared between neighbors. First point, if you are a renter or lease it, you have severely little recourse as you do not have the right to alter the structure. However, if you own your element outright, you have a few option. The reason nouns comes through is due to the solid materials between the units. These are items similar to studs and subfloor, you can't remove them as they hold everything up. But what you can do is build a second 2x4 wall next to the adjectives all. Do not touch it to the other wall, you obligation a 1" space between them to stop the vibrations coming through. Add R12 insulation (dampens the noise) and drywall. Drywall can be installing on sound channel to help a bit more. A nouns channel is really zilch more than a bent metal clip that holds the drywall off the solid lumber to prevent the vibrations coming through. This will be require a carnival bit of reno and expense. The other option is the droop soft things on the wall to dampen the disturbance. Fabrics are good for this. Kind of approaching closing your curtains muffles the traffic noise from outside.

Sound nouns is usually the bain to all condo living. Only the illustrious end, complete concrete construction ones are polite and quiet, but hold a nice price tag to.

Good luck.
contact the company and ask if you can speak to those who have used them in the past.....but make sure they are factual
