It's not a good conception, I would also compare the cost of moving all of your furniture to a moment ago selling it and replacing it when you get to your latest destination. With the cost of gas and or a moving company it may be easier to sell it. That's what we did when we moved to Colorado, the outmoded stuff sold quickly and we didn't own to drag it across the country. We bought a new one and it be actually money ahead when we did the comparison.
