Answers:    I don't know why not. If it be me I'd drive around a lot of mobile home parks to see what others enjoy done & go to mobile home dealer to check out the double-wides to get accepted wisdom.

I really don't think a 2nd story on a mobile home would be past the worst. As you know, mobile homes don't do well surrounded by tornadoes & a 2nd story gives elevated winds something more to grasp hold of.
