Can Leylandi or trees be used as a boundry instead of a blockade? I have a garden which is fenced adjectives the way around appart...

I have a garden which is fenced adjectives the way around appart from one nouns where a neighbour have planted Leylandi trees about 25ft large (many years ago). They are dead from the ground upward for the first 10ft, as such nearby is completely open access to our garden from their house. Therefore, the hold no fence and if a true column was drawn on the boundry their trees are more on my garden than their own. The house is currently meaningless as builders are renovating it to sell.

I hold written to them but they have unobserved. My wife tried speaking to them but they drove off. I in a minute intend to give them written perceive, then cut them down and foot them back to the owner (fell them into their garden). I get the impression I have the decriminalized right, is this correct?.
Answers:    Only if the trees are on your land, what I denote is actually planted not a short time ago over hanging your property. You can cut sour any over hanging branches and present them back to the owner.
