Can I steep my grass mower's gas up when it is reheat? I know I can't open the grease cap when it is...
I know I can't open the grease cap when it is thaw, but can I at least permeate up the gas?
Also, how long for it to 'cool down'?
Answers: yes you can fill it up when it is heat up , but there are guide lines for doing this.
First I must presume that you are of a youthful age, so my first advice is too other ask an adult similar to your mom or pop first. Your mother and father are your guides in duration for learning, commen sense and safty...
First rule of thumb is that beforehand you even start to mow the lawn flood up the gas tank when the motor is cold, so that you do not own to deal next to this issue in the first place. (unless you enjoy a very sizeable lawn that take more fuel to mow that what the gas tank can hold.
To answer your other ask on how long to wait untill the motor is cold ample to fill the container again without much peril, I would say at tiniest 10-15 minutes, and the temp of the motor should have come down plenty to make it sheltered.
Always use a funnel to fill up the container again at this point. You use the funnel because it reduces the amount of fuel that could spill and basis harm to you. Also remember to donate the fuel in slowly so that you do not over cram the tank and when you remove the funnel the gas spills out of the container and could be potentionally dangerous. Make sure that you are other standing when refueling equipment, just surrounded by case it does flame up, it is faster and easier for you to take away , because you are already standing, instead of loosing a second or two trying to get up from your kness or if you are sitting.
Hope this help you with your query..

You can check the oil when it's thaw, Just don't open the grease cap when the engine is running.
Maybe dawdle 5 minutes to let the muffler cool. Will not steal long.
