Looks to me approaching the wildflower known as red campion. Didn't know it was aromatic, though. Check it out in a book of wildflowers at the library. Geranium of some kind.

Answers: yeah , 'wild' geranium of some sort .
possibly a 'crane's bill' .

Your's has magnificent red foliage . (am most suprised that it have a fragrant smell - but there again i only smelt a undomesticated violet for the first time a coupla years a go !)
