my dream one day is to move up north and set off this suburb, buy some land a build a home. some populace have told me this is a smaller number expensive route to go than living surrounded by the city; is this true?
Answers: I lived in the 'burbs ' adjectives my life and have the same dream you did. I bought a place up north 14 years ago and retired and live in attendance full time. It is cheaper to live but I find I don't need as various material things, which can complicate your life span. Stay out of debt as much as possible. Pay cash for everything you can. Make sure your duration is uncomplicated so you can enjoy your current surroundings. Good luck.
I guess that would depend on where you move. I consider that I live "up north". I know that property taxes are more expensive. Also the everyday things approaching toilet paper, cleaning products, shampoo, groceries, etc. are more expensive. A few times a month we engineer a trip to our local Wal-mart, a hour and a half away. But next you have to numeral in the outrageous gas prices,which are also more expensive, lunch, etc. In my inference it is more expensive. But a price worth paying.
