I there a path to stop only the middle of a candle burning? Its such a debris to have candles that are adjectives through the middle all the route to the bottom and the outside just gone intact..

More expensive candles are supposed to burn more evenly due to the wax type and competence. But there is individual so much of a candle that will burn and it's all down to science I'm afraid!!
