Ok - so it is the middle of Nov. and I opened the window in the Master bedroom. Ladybugs be coming in. I go and looked outside and the whole side of the house be covered with them. The temp have been between 75-80 this week. I didn't know that ladybugs be out in November.

First cross-question : What are they doing? Second: Why are some red, orange and ashen and why do some have spots and some don't? Third: How come when you pick them up they smell approaching peanutbutter?
Answers:    Asian beetles that be brought to our country in the closing twenty years and they are spreading quickly. they live surrounded by soybean fields during the growing season and they get through aphids, which are harmful to soybean crops. These beetle are helpful to farmers but they are unadulterated pests in the dribble when they are looking for warm place to spend the winter. I enjoy never heard anyone voice they smell like peanut butter but copious say they really stink. If I be you, I would put out many bowls of dish soap/water solution. they are attracted to the solution and die surrounded by the solution. also you can spray the outside of your home with soapy hose frequently to keep them out of the house. If you squish the little bugs they stink desperate. they will hibernate and leave contained by the spring if they survive.

Trust me, you get plenty of them together and they won't smell anything like peanut butter. They are asian female bugs and they move indoors over winter and cause a big foul mess. What ever you do, don't let anymore surrounded by.
