Bat within the house...have need of assistance presently!? I was give or take a few to give our kid a...

I was give or take a few to give our kid a bath and as I be walking upstairs, my son ran down truism that there be a bat. Calmly, I handed him the toddler and told him to wait downstairs. I go to the garage and got the fishing net- and go up to the playroom. I thought it was a bird. NO. It's a bat. It be hanging from the wall.

I enjoy called 911 and they are sending someone. All cats: locked up. Dogs outside, and we are contained by the living room waiting for both them and my husband to get home.

How do they catch in? We enjoy no fireplace.
No doors or windows hold been vanished opened today.

It's a alien house, they just finished construction on our home second March. We moved in at the termination of last April.

Also, I don't know for how long it have been indoors.

What to scrutinize for with the animals????

Bats are cute! This happen recently to me and if you own an attic and it is not properly covered by something bugs, and bats and other things could obtain in.Also it could enjoy gotten in during construction and hide somewhere, watch out for a mate, it could own had babies.

Do I hold bee trouble on the horizon?
If your animals hold their shots, you shouldn't have anything to verbs about. Call your vet tomorrow a short time ago to be on the safe side.

I have the same situation a while ago, and I am alarmed to death of bat now...lol!! I get a tennis racket and stayed close to the floor and scream my head bad....lol!!!

Can't say how it get in in attendance....but you have an entry means of access somewhere for it to get within. Chances are, it didn't just hike through the front door. And where in that is one, there might be more.

The bat may have be in the House for a while, and be just in a minute spotted, luckily by your son! Any windows unseal? cracks, access to an attic?

There was a bat where on earth i work... and it was flying around, swooping around. A grown man (coworker of mine) be actually running from it! Quite funny!

I wouldn't verbs about the pets. I'm sure they are OK. Since you said you own cats, I'm sure the cats instincts would have kicked surrounded by, and would have kill it by now if they saw it. I'm sure the dogs would own been hysterical if they saw the bat.. But i muse bats tend to themselves most of the time..

I'm glad you get it out!!! It would have specifically been better timing if it be around Halloween!
