We went to see the one I enjoy had my eye one yesterday and put contained by an offer - 200k - asking price be 210k reduced from 225k I has be on the market for something like 5 months and it needs a gala bit cosmetic work

We both love it, we are happy to do the work, but are we wacky to be impulsive - I have an idea that that is my cross-examine. x
