I need a suitable honest answer, preferably from one who has the experience and awareness first-hand. I also need this information base on a new modeled mobile home; not an elder one. I would also like to know the average cost of a newer mobile home of a dealer's lot. I live surrounded by the Midwest region. Thanks! :)

Answers:    I live in a manufactured home. I own total electric, and water, and I don't payment half the bills that the brick built homes own.
They are easy to watchfulness for. Plus the taxes are lower. I would not move into a regular house. The only down slop would be getting hit by a twister. That's what's insurance is for.
