If you required a DIY job you can buy an extension cable to be exact very undernourished and almost translucent, so thin it can be run down wallpaper or tucked down/under skirting board. They can be purchased from places like Currys, PC World even Tescos for around a tenner.
The alternative would be for BT to do it for silly money.
I expect that all you would obligation would be to have someone install a mobile phone jack where ever you want the phone, If you know a handyman/woman that could do it for you it would be means of access cheaper than if you called the phone company. You can draw from the jack and stuff at Home Depot or Wal-marts....

Why do you enjoy to move it? You can keep the point nearby but plug in other handsets contained by as many rooms as you similar to without need any points. that's what I did.
