We don't get them normally (live in mobile home at the remains of a mountain in NC) but both times we have trouble (1st time I used Decon, climbed in stove somewhere contained by back to die, have to get bright stove) 2nd time (cooking tenderloin, put in meat,turn on stove, almost 10 minutes this God awful smell, open door, in that is mouse right on element sizzling away) bought brand topical Whirlppol stove yesterday, cleaned under infirm stove (floor,walls,found old nest and entry point, cleaned and sprayed that) any suggestions to prevent this surrounded by my new stove? Answers: I use osage oranges, or evade apples. I haven't seen a mouse, contained by the oven, for 3 years. They are hideously ugly, but they give the impression of being to work. Also, as a side benefit, no spiders. AND they're GREEN!
