Answers: Depends. Own the house/rent apt?
Either way.
Higher heat costs for the house.
Less space in the apt.
More nouns means more to do around a house, boredom within an apt.
Higher rental costs in a house, as resourcefully as higher keeping costs if you have to reimburse for that.
Personally, I'd go next to a nice mobile or manufactured home on my own lot.
