Hi I purchased a home recently and am coming up on the 60 year anniversary of my close date. I get to submit a 60 daytime warranty list and own a few items to put on there such as a swell on the side of my house collecting sea and a bedroom door that keeps getting caught. Is in attendance anything else I should put on there or does anyone own ideas of something I may hold missed that can be added on the list?

Check all window for leaks and straightforwardness of open/close.
Check all hose faucets/drains for leaks.

Sounds like you may hold some serious issues, if water is getting surrounded by anywhere it's not good. That is how mold and rot starts. Moisture is not your friend within this situation. I would ask for a complete inspection to be done on the home by a licensed contractor and then submit my register. It will be money well spent.
