4 trails of ants, outside my home?

Anyone know a quick remedy which will work right now to carry rid of these ants? No time to run to the store to get something. I have hear of vinegar etc so any other suggestions. Boiling water does not do the trick. Oh and when I do go to the store subsequent what is the best stuff to buy. Would a regular ant killer get rid of them for biddable? No idea where the nest is. They are single the tiny ants that make a trail which seems to shift on forever LOL.
buy ant killer at LOWES!

Any item like gasoline, paint thinner, nail polish remover, acetone, rubbing alcohol, ammonia, bleach, pretty much anything resembling that would kill them.

However, it won't keep them away for long, newly kill them now and they will come support later.

So, you'll want to get a house enclosure, it's something like a 1 gallon jug beside a sprayer, and it blocks ants, spiders, etc etc for something like 3 months and then you reapply. You'll shift all the way around your house and doors and window with it. I like the stuff at Home Depot, it be about $13 for the gallon.

Good luck!
Answers:    There aren't any home remedies that will work. Here's why:

Cinnamon/sugar mix, grits, cream of wheat and other edibles:
Ants do not swallow food whole, or even chop it into smaller pieces and swallow it like we do. They can't. It's impossible due to their design.

Borax laundry detergent:
Not the right style of boric acid.

Bay leaves:
It will repel them for about one second.

Dryer sheets:
They'll of late go around them.

Boiling water on the nest:
You said you couldn't find the nest, but even if you did, some ant nests will stir six feet underground. Your water will solitary travel a foot maybe before it collapses their tunnels. Ants hold their tunnels designed that way on purpose.

Vinegar:
It stinks, but it go away very quickly. Ants can after easily re-establish their trails.

For what you can buy, baits are better than sprays.
Use a mix of cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it here and near. The ants will come and pick up the sugar, along with the cinnamon, and take it vertebrae to their queen. Ants can’t digest cinnamon and once the queen dies from not being able to digest the cinnamon the colony will die short her. Terro.
The ants eat it, carry some put a bet on to the rest and end up killing the total nest. Or you can mix up some borax with an attractant (Im guessing something like corn syrup etc)

Borax is the 'killer' ingredient within Terro.
2 ideas
1. Spray the ant trail beside Raid Ant spray
2. If you can find the ant mound, try using Ant Mound killer. This ant mound killer is a huge rucksack of granules(seed looking things) that you sprinkle on the mound. WHen sprinkled, pour water all over the mound to dissolve the granule into liquid insecticides. It will destroy the mound and ants completely. YOu can buys these products at Lowe's or Home Depot
