Yellow Bamboo, What right to be heard you? I have three rattan stalks in a chalice vase next to rocks...

I have three rattan stalks in a chalice vase next to rocks and water. One of the stalks have turned yellow. Anyone know why? What can I do to solve this? I live contained by a basement apt, so overlighting is no verbs. I did water it a few days ago beside Brita water. Please insist on. Those who have outrageous comments, spare me and play somewhere else. I have the enthusiasm of a bamboo within my hands. Thanks contained by advance.
