We had some electrical work started four weeks ago. The electrcian keep making excuses about when he can come over to complete the chore: does not have the right tool, is sick, it's raining, only just fired a worker, etc. We owe him $200 but that is not adequate to pay someone what still wishes to be done. What is our next step?

You call for to let him know any by text e-mail or handset that you need the situation doing and therefore if he can not do the errand by (whatever date you pick) you will have to apply someone else to finish the job and as a result the new electricain will receive the tax.
