Hey what are and is the Diference in Setting A/C to Open or Closed?
like to know the best setting to use. Also some times My Unit get Frost up on Radiator front.. any tips and help are Appreciated.
Answers:    Open, bring air inside from outside.
closed, don't bring any nouns from outside to the inside.
On the unit itself, I would hope that you have one of those enthusiasm savers. Settings may very according to the weather outside. Just try to save it at least 8 to 10 degrees lower than the outside warmth. cause if you have a 110 degree outside and your ac unit is set at 60 more than likely your ac component won't get any rest. you might wanna give it the 10 degree lower than the outside temperature. you can always find out what the warmth is outside without a thermometer. go yahoo, weather and enter the city you live surrounded by. and you'll be fine when you go by that.
some A/Cs have foam filter that hold moisture and when they get cold the water within them frosts up. If you have a purge setting you may want to use it sometime to drain out the moisture. "Open" means the A/C brings surrounded by outside air, cools it, and blows it into your room. "Closed" means that the A/C recirculates room nouns only.
