Answers:    By the sounds of it you might have a hole or something contained by your duct works up in the attic, the channel a a/c works is that you have the fundamental component which is the compressor, the compressor pushes the air into a condenser which turns the heavens to a liquid, and the condenser pushes the juice in to your evaporative system surrounded by the attic which turns the liquid pay for into air and it go through the ducts, some of that liquid is escaping through a hole within the duct works.
There is a tube or small pipe that drains out side of your dwelling that comes from your unit, it is probably plugged, you can any blow it out from the unit or suck it out, from the closing stages of the tube with a wet-dry vac. Then a couple times a year pour a 1/2 cup of bleach down the tube to preserve it clean.
