Why wont my samsung side by side fridge cool? i have a newer samsung side by side refridgerator, and it hasnt...

i have a newer samsung side by side refridgerator, and it hasnt be cooling for like 2 weeks in a minute the temperatur wont drop from 53-58 degrees i try putting contained by to go to 40 but it wont cool.......does any hold any ideas???

Well it could be a couple of things,my daughters fridge did something similar to that a couple of months ago.Her's was a fruitless heater on the condenser.To check that suggestion unplug the fridge for a hour or so and then plug it contained by,if it gets cold similar to it is suppose to then you could own the same problem.The kiln for that on hers and most are usually in the freezer trailing the that back plate.Good luck and I hope this help.
