Answers:    You probably got hose down in the gas. Turn the mower over and drain adjectives of the liquid contained by the tank. Then stock up it with fresh gas.
There is still gas surrounded by the carburetor. So remove the air filter and put some gas or starting fluid within the air intake. Try to see if it starts. If not,
remove the spark plug and build sure that it is dry. This should solve your problem.

let it dry out. put some grease in it and gas push the little button 3 times and later start(if its gas)? and if it isnt then your screwed and you inevitability a new mower! hope that help!
