Why won't my oven shut sour? I live in an apartment and my kiln works, but it doesn't...

I live in an apartment and my kiln works, but it doesn't shut off at the heat I have it set to. I own to manually turn it on and off. The AC worked fine as far as shutting rotten at the correct temp. Is there a different instrument for the heater to shut sour? I need to nickname my landlord, but be just wondering.

Answers:    Sounds resembling your thermostat is bad.
They sometimes will work individual on the air conditioning side.
Buy a bright thermostat at your local hardware store.

If your apartment keeps getting hotter and hotter, until you turn it past its sell-by date, you have a impossible thermostat that will need to be replaced.
If it's not getting hot surrounded by your apartment, your heating system isn't working, and will stipulation to be serviced.
