My automatic dishwaher won't drain water, my refuse disposal works fine and my sink drains fine so what else can make it not drain? Is at hand another filter in dishwasher itself or what, please please comfort, I cannot really afford a plumber. Thanks!
Answers: Okay there is a small drain pipe that comes from your dishwasher to your disposal. You should see it nearby. Sometimes those get plugged up. I honestly don't know any process to fix it but to pull the dishwasher and blow out the junk or replace. You can try to take the panel bad the bottom of the dishwasher and reach your hand in at hand to take it rotten..but I doubt it. Usually the dishwasher is secured by two screws into the bottom of the countertop. Open the d.w. door and clutch them screws out. Next, bring off the bottom cover and turn the legs counterclockwise to lower the front of the d.w. Pull the d.w. out and you will see that hose that go to the disposal. Pull it off and replace. Clean out any litter that you can see in the outlet of the d.w.
