Recnetly buitl a new home. Tried to kind as energy rationalized as affordable. Upgraded insulation, wrapped in Tyvek type wrap, styrofaom and stucco on 2 X 6 exterior walls. Located within southern AZ. What happened to do airflow through the outlets?
Answers: They penetrate the inner wall. Air must circulate between the walls or mold can form. Buy the foam gaskets for lower than the covers. Many building codes up north require all opening in electrical boxes be hermetically sealed. This is not a big deal. Just gasket them.
Blew it somewhere cuz the house is to be sure not sealed. Start looking.
