Why my chiller compressor stop back reaching the temp set? I have chiller but its running frenzied. I can observed that...

I have chiller but its running frenzied. I can observed that the compressor stop running for 10-20min before see in again although the warmth is not reach even so. The fan is still running but just the compressor stop? What could be the reason?
My chiller is running to cool down my aquarium cistern.
How can i fix my kenmore icemaker?
Answers:    Low on freon, there are protective switchs within the high and low pressure lines, one of the are kicking the compressor out, my guess the low pressure rank..
