I hear running water, I be aware of steam in 2 of my vent and the only entry that stops it is turning off the dampen to the house. When the water is on the hot hose doesn't last nearly as long as usual and the hot sea coming out of the faucet is barely hot at adjectives. When we shut off the hose heater you can still hear the sounds but you don't feal the "air" approaching steam. What is going on!!! Any ideas??
Answers:    Depending on the ago of your home, here may be water shutoffs at a range of places. The fact that you are getting hot wet into the ductwork means that the leach is coming from the hot side of the hot water space heater (your furnace won't put that much heat into sea to create steam, though) but the problem is probably some place close to the heater. Where are the vent located?
Second, don't do anything to turn off river from outside, but find your water meter, shut stale all petcocks/faucets contained by the house, and watch your wet meter readout. If it moves, you obviously hold a leak. You can do this over an extended extent of time, like while not a soul is in the home and you are at work.

Then, it is up to you or a plumber to locate a overrun in the piping, to be precise allowing water into the ductwork. Ducting make lots of turns and has lots of seam, so it would appear that the leaky pipe has a split and is located above any ductwork. Again, finding the bleed depends on a lot of things, because the hose down can be leeching into the ductwork, feeding to a low spot fundamental the furnace, and getting hot there.

Since you are getting little hot dampen, this is probably your problem. Also check to see if your HWH is running a lot, If within is a leak surrounded by a hot water pipe, it will grounds your HWH to run more to keep up near the water you are losing someplace else.

You are going to have need of a professional I am afraid. Most ductwork is riveted at the seams, and unless you can locate the percolate and where the sea is pooling, it could be you are going to have to thieve apart the ducting one section at a time.
Just remember, it is significantly doubtful you are dealing with any ducting surrounded by your walls since all river getting into the ductwork would work its way to the bottom of the ductwork. Also, the certainty that you are getting air from the vent means it is not a total blockage, so pooling practical the HWH or furnace seems to be your best places to look.
Finally, if you enjoy a humidifier connected to your furnace, I would look to see if it is draining properly through the hose at the bottom. The feed system on most of them do plug up on affair.
i was going to enunciate it sounds like moisture that would lead to water but you come across to have that coverd i still presume it is moisture in the ducks appointment in a repair man see waht he say same thing moisture and humidity.
