i have a sand filter and i lift my water to own it checked regularly and follow any instructions given at the pool store. i love having the pool but it is becoming my unchosen hobby! i work on the pool everyday. someone help out while i still have my mind. i'm in the process of shanging filter sand; later year we changed to this stuff resembling cat litter but i don't know if that's the problem due to my lack of experience, this is simply our 2nd season.the pool is Intex 24'X52". maybe it's basically too much water to switch?
Answers: if youn change your sand use the class that is fine and white the green is algee put 1/2 bottle of algacide surrounded by it wait 1/2 hour put a pod of shock in it loaf 1/2 hoyr put rest of algacide in it loaf 1/2 hour 1 more bag of shock continue 24 hours pool will be crystal clear check your chlorine level and ph and adjust and remember if you start seeing green algacide right very soon and you wont have to use as much
no it's not because of the size
it's because of the hose down
if you haven't changed it yet better do it
it may become polluted hurry and remove adjectives of it
and clean the inside too
and see if there's something inside
it may hold molds inside
good luck ^ ^
